Dr. Dilip Kumar is working as Regional Director/an Associate Professor/Course Coordinator English Journalism and in “Indian Institute of Mass Communication Northern Regional campus Jammu”. He is a journalist turned media academician with 20+ years of rich experience.  
Prof. (Dr.) Dilip Kumar, was founder HOD and Professor, Journalism & Mass Communication, Management Education & Research Institute. He has done Post-Doctoral Studies sponsored by ICSSR. He is Doctorate in Journalism & Mass Communication & Political Science, with a rich experience in the field of Media Laws and Ethics, Media Research and Issues of International Relations. He has participated in 250 National & International conferences as a Key Note speaker/Resource Person / Moderator as well as organized more than 300+ seminars / conferences / webinars as a convener. He is an active members of various National/International committee/Bodies/Board of Studies/Institutions like NEP, IIPA, NUPA, Cambridge University, Harvard University and many more.
