Dr Nimish Rustagi is ADG, IIMC and also ADG in the Press Information Bureau, New Delhi. He is a 2001-batch officer of the Indian Information Service (IIS). Before this assignment, Dr. Rustagi was the Deputy Press Secretary to the 14th President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind. As an IIS Officer, he has also served in the Central Bureau of Communication and Cabinet Secretariat.

Dr. Rustagi holds a PhD in Marketing (Consumer Behaviour) from the prestigious HEC Paris School of Management, France as well as an M.B.A. from the same institute. Dr Rustagi also holds a Master’s degree in Business Economics (University of Delhi) and a B. Com degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce.

His research has been published in leading academic journals such as Journal of Consumer Research (ABDC, A*) and Journal of Consumer Marketing (ABDC, A). He has presented his research at conferences such as EMAC (Belgium), EMAC (Norway), SCP (USA), ANZMAC (New Zealand) and Academy of Marketing Conference (Ireland). His articles have been carried in popular media and websites such as Hindustan Times, Indian Express, and CNBC.

In his free time, Dr. Rustagi rides his motorbike and watches theatre.

Ms. Navneet Kaur is a 2008 batch Officer of Indian Information Service presently working as Course Director, Training at IIMC. Previously she was posted in Press Information Bureau (PIB), New Delhi, where she looked after the publicity of various ministries and departments.
